16. What is your return or exchange policy for fish or products?
For livestock, returns are not possible due to their sensitive nature. However, we guarantee healthy and well-cared-for fish at the time of purchase. For equipment and accessories, standard return/exchange policies apply

17. Do you provide bulk/wholesale options?
Yes, we
can look to offer special rates for bulk purchases for certain purchases based on the certain criteria.

18. Can I reserve fish or aquariums before purchase?
Yes, you can place a reservation or pre-order for specific fish or tanks, subject to availability.

19. Do you ship fish outside the UAE?
Currently, we only ship within the UAE to ensure the health and safety of our fish.
